The morning before the event starts, the tournament organiser (TO) will open the event on this website.
When the event is opened, you will find a button allowing you to sign up to the event here.
You will then be directed to a page where you can input your series title (e.g. ALL for Assault Lily, KGY for Kaguya) and deck name (anything you want).
The morning of the event, please open the event for registration under your profile.
After the event has started, close the event's registration in the same manner.
Once the event has concluded, you can upload the scores via the same page.
The UK League 23/24 will feature a structured competition consisting of five rounds.
Each round will be comprised of a singular event held at every participating store, resulting in a total of five events being conducted at each store.
To calculate the score of a participant, we will combine the highest individual score from each round they achieved.
The UK League will be a mixed language format league.
If a player is playing a Japanese language deck, they must bring either printed translations, or have them ready on their phone.
Every deck must conform to the Japanese banlist (or the English banlist for English exclusives).
The Preliminary Phase follows the swiss tournament format.
The number of rounds will be determined based on the total number of participants.
6-8 players: 3 rounds.
9-16 players: 4 rounds.
17-32 players: 5 rounds.
33-64 players: 6 rounds.
After the Preliminary Phase, a Final Phase will take place.
6 to 8 players: No Final Phase will be initiated.
9 to 16 players: An X-1 cut will be implemented, advancing players with a maximum of one loss.
17 or more players: An X-2 cut will be implemented, advancing players with a maximum of two losses.
If the tournament had 16 or less players, the Final Phase will consist of 2 rounds of swiss.
If the tournament had 17 or more players, the Final Phase will consist of 3 rounds of swiss.
This will ensure a competitive and rigorous environment for the remaining participants.
In the event that a bye is required during the first round of the top cut swiss stage, it will be granted to the player who achieved the highest ranking in the Preliminary Phase.
1 point per Preliminary Phase swiss round played.
2 points per Preliminary Phase swiss round won.
1 point per Final Phase swiss round won.
Miyuki Shirogane is at a tournament with 18 people. There will therefore be 5 rounds of Swiss for the Preliminary Phase.
Shirogane-san wins 3 of these games, therefore ending with a record of 3-2. As there are 16 or more players, he will quality for the Final Phase.
For the Preliminary Phase, he earns 5 points for playing 5 rounds, and 6 extra points for his wins, giving him a total of 11 points.
In the Final Phase, he wins 2 of his 3 games. For this, he receives an additional 2 points, ending the day with a total of 13 points.
Asuna Yuuki is at a tournament with 15 people. There will therefore be 4 rounds of Swiss for the Preliminary Phase.
Yuuki-chan wins 2 of her 4 rounds, therefore ending with a record of 2-2. As there are 15 players at this event, she will not quality for the Final Phase.
For the other players, the Final Phase will consist of 2 rounds.
She will earn 4 points for playing 4 rounds in the Preliminary Phase, and an additional 4 points for winning 2 of those games, ending the day with a total of 8 points.
Levi Ackerman is at a tournament with 60 people. There will therefore be 6 rounds of Swiss for the Preliminary Phase.
Levi-sama loses his first 3 rounds, therefore knocking him out of contention for the Final Phase, and decides to drop from the event.
Levi-sama will score 6 points for playing in a 6 round Preliminary Phase, and will end the day with a total of 6 points.
